Phoenix Lighting Promotes Ewan Dougan to North America Sales Director

MILWAUKEE, WI– October 20, 2026 – Phoenix Lighting (“Phoenix”), a leading manufacturer of rugged industrial lighting solutions, announced the promotion of Ewan Dougan to North America Sales Director, effective October 12.

In his new role, Dougan will oversee Regional Sales Managers across North America and lead commercial strategies to expand distributor relationships, drive regional growth, and support the rollout of Phoenix's expanded product portfolio which includes recently acquired RIG-A-LITE as well as select former Cree Lighting products.

Since joining the company in 2025 as Regional Sales Manager, Dougan has played a key role in accelerating regional performance, strengthening channel partner networks, and spearheading cross-territorial commercial initiatives.
