Account Specialist - Commercial/Industrial

The duties of this position are mainly to support sales and marketing initiatives of our Commercial/Industrial team by providing LEGENDARY support to our Regional Sales Manager(s) and their customers in order to impact sales and profitability. This role will be seen as a “second in command” to the RSMs and will establish report, trust and accountability with external customers.

While regular travel is not a requirement, 5-10% domestic travel may arise for special customer projects or trade shows. This role will mainly be responsible for being available in the Milwaukee office to both reactively and proactively help the team crush its goals.

Goals for the job: Attain expert level knowledge of our products in order to best support our demanding customers; Attain expert level knowledge of customer base and book of business to form long lasting business relationships beneficial to Phoenix; Develop close and trusting relationship with RSM(s) in order to collaborate with them on growth initiatives of their book of business; Do all these things with the level of integrity, ethics and charisma for which Phoenix is known.
